Circulates *Qi*: Rheumatism, rheumatalgia, leprosy, cancer
Strengthens the Spleen: Dyspepsia, hemorrhage, generalized debility, leukorrhea, threatened and abortion

This herb serves as an aphrodisiac, astringent, appetite stimulant, fever-reducer, diuretic, hemostatic, cooling agent, anti-diarrheal, and tonic.
The fruit functions as an intestinal astringent, an aphrodisiac, and an anti-inflammatory.
Applications include leprosy, urinary discharge, fractures, sore throat, and anemia.
