Przeciwwskazania
- Decocted, this herb can cause loose stools and loss of appetite.
- Contraindicated in edema caused by Deficiency.
- Contraindicated in Blood Deficiency.
- Contraindicated in pregnancy.
Interakcje
Combining this herb with diuretics such as chlorothiazide, hydrochlorothiazide, furmoside (Lasix), bumetinide (Bumex) and torsemide (Demadex) may increase elimination of water and/or electrolytes.

- Ban Bian Lian and Hb. Hedyotis Diffusae Bai Hua She She Cao both promote removal of pathogenic water, reduce edema, clear Heat and resolve toxicity; Ban Bian Lian is the stronger diuretic, while Bai Hua She She Cao is more effective at cooling and clearing Damp-Heat and is preferred for painful urinary dysfunction.
