Lokalizacja

In the third intercostal space of the chest, 4 cun lateral to the midline on the mammillary line, level with REN-18 Yutang. Note: in men the nipple lies at the level of the fourth intercostal space.

Nakłucie

  1. 01Insert obliquely-transversely, medially or laterally, along the intercostal space, 0.5–0.8 cun.
  2. 02Or needle transversely, directed upward along the channel.
  3. 03Caution: inserting deeply or straight in carries considerable risk of puncturing the Lung.
  4. 04Or angle the needle obliquely, 0.3–0.5 cun.
  5. 05Moxibustion may be used.
