1. 01Insert perpendicularly 1 to 1.5 cun. The patient may feel distention and soreness in the lower abdomen, occasionally with a sensation of the uterus lifting.
2. 02Insert perpendicularly 0.8 to 1.2 cun. When treating uterine prolapse, angle the needle from Tituo toward REN-2 Qugu, passing through the muscle layer, then rotate it so the muscle fibers wrap around it; pull the needle firmly upward and outward and secure it to the skin in that raised position for 20 to 30 minutes.
