1. 01In the third intercostal space, 2 cun from the midline.
2. 02Two cun lateral to REN-18 Yutang, within the third intercostal space.

1. 01Insert transversely-obliquely, directed laterally along the intercostal space, 0.5 to 1 cun.
2. 02Caution: needling too deep, whether perpendicular or oblique, may puncture the Lung.
3. 03Insert at a slant, 0.5 to 0.8 cun.
4. 04Needle obliquely, 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
5. 05Moxibustion may be used.
